3PHASE SENSORED BLDC CONTROLLER

THE CONTOLLER IS AN INVERTER WITH PMOS AND NMOS POWER STAGE AND SELF MADE POWER MOSFET DRIVING CIRCUIT.THE SYSTEM IS CONTROLLED BY ATMEGA328P MICROCONTROLLER AND OPTO-ISOLATION PROVIDES PROTECTION.THE DRIVER STAGE CONSISTS OF FETS WHICH DRIVES 3 LEG INVERTER.PWM TECHNIQUE IS USED AT LOWER NMOS TO CONTROL SPEED OF MOTOR.CONTROLLER IS DESIGNED FOR DRIVING 1KW BLDC MOTORS.TO INCREASE CURRENT CAPACITY , 4 PARALLER MOSFETS ARE USED PER PHASE.
The fundamental frequency is 250Hz (see graph 5).
